Class A, an innovative private tutoring organization, is seeking dedicated and proficient Teaching Tutors to join our fast-growing team. We believe in providing high-level learning experiences and personal attention to our students. Our mission is to bridge the gap between learning challenges and academic success, and we're looking for someone who can help us make this possible.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one lessons at the student's home.
2. Develop individualized learning plans based on each student's needs and progress.
3. Apply effective teaching methods that will drive student success.
4. Be flexible and adaptive to each student's learning style.
5. Work closely with our team to track students' progress and adjust learning plans as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Possess an academic degree in a related field or be a student currently enrolled in a relevant study program.
2. Be proficient in Hebrew.
3. Possess a flexible schedule that accommodates our students' needs.
4. Have an excellent ability to teach and inspire students.
5. Open to launching a second career in the education sector.
