Senior AI Architect

Your Role and Impact

As a senior member of our team, you will

• Design and develop end-to-end ML services and Generative AI solutions, including architecture, development, and the entire MLOps lifecycle.
• Architect scalable and reliable systems with observability, logging and tracing to enable quick detection, understanding and resolution of run-time issues
• Collaborate with diverse teams, both internal and external to the R&D group, to drive product innovation and client success.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experiences:

• A Master’s or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in analytical thinking.
• 5+ years of applied experience in designing and implementing AI/ML systems, and a proven track record of using data to drive business results.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and large-scale data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with data engineering principles, including ETL pipelines, data quality control and data scalability.
• Experience with MLOps infrastructure: CI/CD, data & model versioning control, observability, and deployment.
• Strong working knowledge and expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AWS cloud platforms (Sagemaker, Athena, EMR), is a valued plus.
• Practical understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• A solid grasp of economic principles, such as demand & supply dynamics, price elasticity, and optimization strategies.
• Hands-on familiarity with key Python packages (e.g., polars/pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, pytorch, xgboost, etc.).
