Job Description:

We are on the huntnt for a talented and experienced Product Designer with a flair for UI/UX to take the helm of our design initiatives. As the creative force behind our platform, you will spearhead the design of both web and mobile app versions, covering all aspects from crafting a cohesive design system to mapping out intuitive user flows. Your role is crucial in shaping the user experience, making it seamless, engaging, and secure for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that aligns with our brand’s vision and user needs.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the CPO and developers to bring designs to life, ensuring technical feasibility and user-centric outcomes.
• Conducted user research and usability testing to refine and improve the design continually based on feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work on complex platforms and mobile apps.
• Strong creative and visual skills, coupled with an organized and methodical approach to design.
• Exceptional teamwork capabilities, with experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Proficiency in Figma showcases your ability to utilize this tool for designing, prototyping, and collaborating with teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is an advantage.
