Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in Israel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Israeli market. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively engage with C-level executives, particularly CIOs and Chiefs of Information, to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of three senior sales executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the Israeli market, focusing on key sectors such as governmental institutions, public sectors, financial security organizations, and large corporations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs and Chiefs of Information, to understand their challenges, priorities, and requirements.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and drive demand for our solutions.
Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through effective negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Previous experience in selling ERP software solutions is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and build lasting relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
