As a Plant Manager at our Biosense Webster Israel site, you will be part of the Site Supply Chain leadership team, reporting to the Supply Chain business unit leader.

Your responsibilities will include the following areas:

• External manufacturers and suppliers’ performance oversight
• Internal manufacturing
• Logistics, warehouse, delivery and inventory management
• Cost improvement programs (CIP)
• Budget to ensure financial commitments
• SC optimization processes & strategic initiatives such as capacity planning, dual sourcing, KPIs, system integration, and more
  
  

• 1st degree in Logistics/Industrial Engineering/ Economics or other related field
• Proven 10 years of experience in senior supply chain managerial positions
• Required Knowledge in:
• E2E Supply Chain
• ERP systems
• Manufacturing best practices
• Financial acumen
• Required Skills:
• Working in a complex, matrix environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English
