Responsibilities And Impact

• Design high-quality creative materials for various channels, including Nominal’s website, social media, presentations and print
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials
• Participate in our product design processes, including UI/UX for new features and support for our design system.
• Use strong communication skills to collaborate within a dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional team.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
  
  

• Online portfolio
• BA degree in Visual Communication or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer in digital web and/or SaaS products
• Exceptional visual design skills and an understanding of UI/UX principles.
• High technical proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma and prototyping
• Self-motivated, curious, fast learner
  
  

• Experience working in a high-velocity startup
• Experience in communication and iteration with stakeholders, managing the feedback process
• Participation in full development cycles
• Experience in defining and maintaining design systems and style guides
• Familiarity with Webflow
