Bookkeeper SAP/Priority

We’re looking for a bookkeeper who is eager to build a financial infrastructure for a company’s growth and ambitious to join our team and deliver high-class value to the our SAAS company.

Day to Day Job Description:

Producing various financial reports for the management on an monthly basis

Provide visibility into business performance

Conducting daily banking activities andBank reconciliations

Maintaining a balanced general ledger

Preparing the trial balance 

Record financial transactions

Handling accounts payable and receivable

Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures

Organise accounting tasks

Meet all the monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines.

Manage the full payments and collection cycles from A to Z.

Manage a cash flow while analysing the gaps and prepare conversions and transfer on time

Collaborate with the departments like Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, Product, Sales and others.

Must Haves

• Certified bookkeeper (type 3)

• At least 5 years of experience as an independent leading bookkeeper, preferred in a SaaS company.

• Previous proven experience with SAP & Priority.

• A self-starter, hungry for big success with the ability to work in a high-paced environment.

• Good communication skills with people

• Good experience and proficiency working with Excel sheets

• High level of English proficiency

• Attention to details
