• Experience in Research and Team Management
• Experience in electronic medical devices up to market
• Project Management and Team Leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in the medical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
