Global VP Marketing and Sales

For our client a company markets products and solutions in the HLS, Defense and military sectors both locally and internationally. We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global marketing and sales efforts as the VP of Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and drive the company's marketing and sales strategy across local and international markets 

- Manage and guide the domestic and global marketing/sales teams to achieve revenue targets

- Develop marketing and advertising plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen presence in existing ones

- Manage and cultivate business relationships and engagements with B2B/B2G decision makers

- Expand marketing and distribution channels including partnerships with distributors, contractors and relevant integration companies

- Spearhead price negotiations and lead processes for major proposal submissions and bids for defense, military and government clients

- Product and solution development tailored to requirements across local and international markets

- Oversee interface with engineering, R&D, procurement and delivery departments 

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in international markets

- In-depth familiarity with security solutions, homeland security and C4I systems 

- Established relationships with customers, distributors and integration companies in the defense sector

- Strong team leadership and people management capabilities

- Fluent English, additional languages a plus
