The R&D Operations Specialist position will be responsible for procurement and logistics processes across various projects in the R&D department.

What you will be doing:

Responsibility for end-to-end operational aspects of R&D projects, including working in a dynamic environment, across multiple interfaces and under a tight schedule:

• Lead and control the R&D logistic process.
• Procurement for R&D departments and labs, facilitating procurement processes from small PCBs to various test equipment. Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle (orders, monitoring, invoices, budget control).
• Proficient in negotiation with suppliers and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Develop and implement methodologies for logistic planning and process.
• Working with sub-contractors and vendors.
• Responsibility for department tools and inventory management.
• Leading and controlling R&D requirements to meet project’s schedule.
• Bridge and facilitate between R&D, Engineering, and Operations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or above- must
• 2-4 years of procurement experience- must
• Experience working within a multi-disciplinary projects’ environment.
• Work experience with sub-contractors and vendors.
• A person who is service-oriented and details oriented with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Perform problems troubleshooting and find quick solution.
• Maintain productive working relationships with all R&D groups & Operations.
• High level of oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Flexible thinking and quick adaptation to changes.
• Experience working with Oracle, Jira, Agile – advantage.
• Practical Industrial/Electrical/Electronic Engineer – advantage.
• Experience using logistics management software and tools – advantage.
