CityKids is the premier community and education center for English speakers in Tel Aviv, Israel. We specialize in providing a wide range of services for families with children newborn to 13 years old. Our services include childcare, afterschool enrichment programs, camps, and adult workshops. We are dedicated to nurturing child development and providing valuable support for parents.

We are thrilled to be opening a new branch in Tel Aviv in September, and we are looking for qualified, enthusiastic and professional early childhood educators to join our teams in both the Old North and Hadar Yosef neighborhoods.

Role Description

Join our dynamic team of Early Childhood Educators! Our educators thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely in teams of two to three to nurture children aged 6 months through Kindergarten. With five classrooms tailored to specific age groups, ranging from infants to Kindergarteners, you'll find ample opportunities to engage with children at various developmental stages.

At our Nursery School, we embrace a play-based approach and an emergent curriculum philosophy, fostering curiosity and exploration across all age groups.

As an Early Childhood Educator with us, you'll play a vital role in the care and education of young children. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional growth, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians. Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and commitment to implementing best practices in the field.
• Proven experience with emergent curriculum, play-based learning, and other progressive approaches to early childhood education.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively plan and execute age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues, children, and families.
• Fluency in English, with preference given to candidates holding First Aid and CPR certification.
• Passion for creating nurturing and stimulating environments that promote the holistic development of young children.
