C++ Software Engineer

A startup company that has developed a software solution (called Network Cloud) to help communication companies increase the capacity of their networks at low costs and cope with margin erosion resulting from the pricing structure of broadband networks for consumers.

The company raised a Series C round of $262 million, valuing it at over $2 billion! (In total, they raised over half a billion dollars!)

The role involves being part of the development team, reporting to the R&D manager. Development is done in C++ on Linux. Located in the Sharon region, with the option for remote work. The company employs 450 employees globally, 250 based in Israel.

Requirements:

• Profound knowledge and proven experience in modern C++, both in design and development

• Experience with multi-threaded programming

Highly desired:

• BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Proven working experience (at least 3 years) in software engineering of distributed systems

• Experience with Python programming
