Project Management Officer

We are looking for a PMO to join our Project team and assist us support GTH's significant growth & success by managing deliveries and projects, improving processes and generally been our go-to-guy to get things done!

Responsibilities

• Work directly with R&D, Product Management, QA, stakeholders and other functional teams in an extremely dynamic environment to ensure successful deliveries.
• Be the focal point for other components to prompt scopes in our site and make sure nothing is left behind.
• Delivery management – be responsible and constantly on top of our version's status and progress, by ensuring information in Jira is up-to-date, identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies and having conflicts addressed.
• Apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical teams, in order to push tasks/projects towards completion ASAP and mitigate risks of having deployment delays.
• Plan sprints based on priority, capacity and other constraints.
• Project management – be in charge for scopes in terms of verifying action items are clear to all members, tasks been deployed as planned, and report statuses periodically/per demand in order to comply with our commitments.
• Drive processes' improvement initiated by your experience, feedbacks or by drilling down into data.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent - Must
• 2-4 years of experience as a PMO, software Delivery/Project Manager or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working directly with R&D teams preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a pure passion of getting things done!
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight schedules, all while delivering high-quality products.
• Excellent social skills and a strong ability to motivate colleagues.
• Tech savvy – must. coding experience (even basic) – advantage.
• Strong data analytics and report management skills.
• English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira - establishing structural changes, automating flows, creating filters/dashboards, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working from our office in Tel Aviv at least 4 days a week.
