Android mobile team lead

a global SaaS company is looking for Android mobile team lead

It is an exciting opportunity to join and lead one of our Mobile teams and to be a part of the Mobile group at the forefront of our product line. In this role, you’ll be leading a 4–6-person team of iOS & Android developers, full tech owner of teams’ products, lead the development of new features and ensure code quality

Responsibilities

· Expertly lead a mobile development team, including both iOS and Android developers

· Build product features that will help make One Zero the bank of choice

· Be responsible for full ownership, from concept, to design, architecture, and production

· Participate in all project phases including defining requirements, analysis, design, programming, reporting, testing, and implementation

· Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative consumer-facing mobile products

· Collaborate effectively and interact professionally with a multidisciplinary team of developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes

· Prioritize effectively while working in a dynamic environment

· Keep up with latest industry trends in mobile technology

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience as an Android mobile team lead

· 5+ years of strong experience in writing code (3+ years in Kotlin)

· Experience with RESTful web services

· Experience with designing and implementing sound engineering solutions that meet business needs

· Knowledge and understanding of software design patterns

· Must have experience with end-to-end application development lifecycle

· Ability to analyze business requirements and identify possible gaps, ambiguities, missing scenarios, etc.

· Ability to tackle tasks and issues that may often not be well defined and bring new creative solutions

· Experience with agile development methodologies

· Ability to work with a cross-functional team and make appropriate trade-offs to meet time constraints
