The Center for Educational Technology, a leading and experienced organization that impacts thousands of teachers and millions of students in Israel and around the world, is seeking an experienced OD & Learning specialist to join our Human Resources team

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for OD & Learning processes
• management, planning and execution of organizational development processes such as: performance evaluation and feedback, organizational surveys, employee retention, and support for change processes
• Development and consulting for managers and departments
• This position includes: Organizational learning needs analysis, defining budget requirements, creating learning plans and solutions, developing content, executing and monitoring the plans and measuring their effectiveness
• Management of internal communication platforms, including management of the organizational portal
• Partnership in supporting and leading HR projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences/HR management – mandatory
• Master's degree in labor studies/organizational consulting - an advantage
• 3-4 years of experience in OD & Learning from a consulting firm or organization - mandatory
• Proven Experience in accompanying managers, building, developing, and leading training programs - mandatory
