Operations and Finance Coordinator

Matrix is looking for a Financial Operations Specialist.

Matrix IT Integration and Infrastructure deals with a wide variety of solutions in the field of computing.

Starting with outsourcing services, integration, marketing representation and distribution of software and hardware products, infrastructures as well as consulting services.

Matrix works directly with many large international companies, through partnerships and representative offices.

Among these companies, are IBM, DELL, HP, HPE, Microsoft, and more.

In the context of Cloudzone, we are the parent company and own 100% of Cloudzone which serves as the cloud arm of the Matrix group.

Responsibilities include - billing customers and generating credits if necessary, support and control of all activities related to making payments to suppliers and collection from customers.

Supporting other departments in financial and accounting matters including producing reports and analyzing information, characterizing and optimizing processes and work methods.

Regularly working with different departments in the company and the subsidiaries.

Requirements:
