Solargik's mission is to unlock the potential of solar energy by combining versatile, cost-efficient solar trackers and intelligent control software.
SolarGik offers smart PV tracker solutions that are modular, configurable, lightweight, and easy to install and maintain, which provide 20-25% more energy production than fixed-tilt panels. Our trackers can be installed any place a fixed-tilt panel can be installed. Our “Tracker Control System” utilizes AI and serves as a project-level SCADA/DCS system to optimize energy and financial outputs.
SolarGik was founded by veterans of the solar energy industry with hundreds of years of combined solar industry experience. They have designed, installed and operated hundreds of thousands of solar trackers with Gigawatts of installed capacity.
Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Senior Director of Marketing to spearhead our Marketing strategy, focusing on generating leads, driving revenue growth, supporting our sales teams and channel partners and developing our brand’s presence in the marketplace.
This role is for a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of fostering a strong brand identity, understanding the market landscape, identifying opportunities for growth, and leveraging marketing to directly impact sales and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Brand Development: Define and execute an innovative Marketing strategy that aligns with our company’s goals, market trends, customer needs, and brand values. Oversee the marketing and digital budget, making informed decisions for optimal ROI.
- Team Management and Development: Build, lead, and manage a team of Marketing professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Performance-Driven Execution: Utilize data and analytics to inform Marketing decisions, focusing on outcomes that generate leads, enhance conversion rates, and directly contribute to revenue growth. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead Generation and Revenue Growth: Drive top-of-funnel growth through the development and implementation of lead generation programs. Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results. Oversee end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns - email, content, digital advertising, SEO, etc.
- Product Marketing: Develop and implement product marketing strategies that effectively position the company's products or services in the market. Drive product messaging, differentiation, and sales enablement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Project Management, R&D and others to achieve shared objectives. Promote a culture of collaboration between Marketing and other departments to achieve unified business goals and drive revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior Marketing role, with a focus on lead gen, sales support and product marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A passion for social media and impactful campaign management.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a technology/hardware organization,
- Fluent English / Very high level.
- Preferably a background in a few of the following: Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Inbound Marketing,
- Demonstrate a track record of effectively translating strategic vision into tangible results, with a knack for precise execution and measurable outcomes.
- Show the capability to seamlessly shift between strategic planning and immediate hands-on execution, underlining your ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
