Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team. The Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, trading, and optimization of our crypto lending portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of trading strategies, crypto markets, risk management strategies, and investment principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trading strategies for optimizing the performance of the crypto lending portfolio.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for portfolio growth and diversification.
• Monitor and manage margin positions on the different exchanges.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investment opportunities, including risk assessment and due diligence.
• Manage relationships with lending partners and counterparties.
• Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential losses and ensure portfolio stability.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and compliance requirements in the crypto lending industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the asset management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
• Proven track record of success in asset management, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Solid knowledge of risk management principles and investment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
