Job Title: Lead Generative AI Engineer

Job Description:

As a Lead Generative AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced AI solutions. This role requires a blend of leadership in project management, deep technical expertise in data science, and hands-on engineering capabilities. You will lead projects from conception to deployment.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Direct all phases of AI projects from requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, to deployment. Manage timelines, scope, and risk factors, ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
• Technical Execution: Conduct both functional and technical analysis to design robust AI solutions. Implement these solutions using Azure AI services, Python, and LLM frameworks like LangChain, ensuring optimal integration with Azure cloud services.
• AI Model Development and Deployment: Build and deploy scalable generative AI models. Optimize data pipelines and model performance in a cloud environment, particularly Azure.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advantage:
• Master’s degree or higher in the above fields

Experience:

• At least 3 years in data science and machine learning
• Practical experience with Python, Data science libraries
• Experience with AI cloud services, especially Azure
• Advantage:
• Direct experience in AI-driven projects
• Proven track record in leading AI projects from concept to completion
• Extensive experience with Python, Pandas, LangChain, and Azure cloud services
