Procurement and Financial analyst – Entry level

A global Hi-Tech company is hiring a Procurement and Financial analyst – Entry level.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the company’s operations and financial procedures and reporting to the Site Controller, the Procurement and Financial analyst will be responsible for:

• Processing vendors invoices, handling and monitoring payments reconciliations and compliance accordingly. managing vendors relations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Responsible to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, monitoring and analysis of various financial reports.
• Collaborates with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Local and global procurement, manage purchases end to end. From issue to delivery and payment. support the business procurement needs.

Desired skills and experience and personal attributes:

• Basic knowledge and experience in accounting/ bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Familiar with Oracle ERP various platforms – an advantage.
• Excellent attention to details, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and to execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and proactively.
