About the role

As Senior FullStack Engineer at Seemore Data, you'll be responsible for both the server side code, APIs of our web applications and our Frontend apllication. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. Your work will impact the stability and quality of our web applications. You'll write reusable and maintainable code. Ultimately, you'll be the driving force behind our back-end and front-end activities.

As a crucial early team member, you'll play a significant role in making important architectural decisions that will shape our technology stack for years to come.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the development of high-impact features
2. Architecting scalable, efficient React.js solutions
3. Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend services and APIs, primarily using NodeJS, TypeScript, and AWS.
4. Utilize and integrate advanced data storage solutions like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis to build robust data-driven applications.
5. Collaborate closely with product management and frontend development teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with frontend systems.
6. Design, develop, and manage database schemas and data models, employing ORM frameworks such as TypeORM for optimal performance and maintainability.
7. Implement strategies to optimize application performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and system resilience.
8. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends in backend development and emerging technologies to continually enhance our technology stack and practices.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
2. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development
3. Extensive experience with React.js and JavaScript
4. Proven track record in architecting complex UI solutions
5. Expertise in front-end build tools and pipelines
6. Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs that are scalable and maintainable.
7. Demonstrated experience with handling large-scale databases and designing efficient, reliable database schemas.
8. In-depth knowledge of AWS & Kubernetes services.
9. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality code.
10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
11. Prior experience in a dynamic startup environment will be considered an asset.
12. Familiarity with NestJS and experience with ORM tools like TypeORM will be highly advantageous.
