Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sderot for a Project Manager in Manufacturing. The Project Manager in Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing and managing manufacturing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The project manager is responsible for Leadind OPEX implementation in the production line. The Project Manager in Manufacturing will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, track progress, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in Lean Management methods
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality management systems
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
