In this role, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing the energy infrastructure sector at the diary (including boilers, cooling systems, ammonia, hot air, natural gas, pipelines, etc.).

- Directly overseeing a team of workers in the field.

- Matrix management of contractor teams in pipeline and electrical areas.

- Implementing cross-site processes for energy efficiency and savings, including multi-year work plan construction.

- Liaising with authorities and ensuring compliance.

- Regular work routines with maintenance managers, operations managers, logistics, and more.

What You Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial process work, engineering, maintenance, or energy infrastructure.

- Experience in team management.

- Familiarity with excellence processes is a plus.
