The Google & Reichman tech school was founded with a mission to create the best academic and professional training, tailored to industry needs.  Our Vision is to provide the highest level of knowledge and tools to the entire Israeli population, with an emphasis on underrepresented groups, and to integrate them in the local Hi Tech industry, to further drive the Israeli economy.

Responsibilities

·  Coordinate the placement process, tracking student progress, and following up with employers to gather feedback.

·  Actively seek out new job openings to expand the range of employment opportunities available to students.

·  Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to review their resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job applications, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their employability.

·  Deliver workshops in the fields of job search and career development.

·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, job placements and employer contacts using Tech School CRM (Salesforce).

Qualifications

·  1-3 years of experience in job placement, candidate screening and selection, preferably in a high-tech placement company.

·   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students.

·   Previous experience in sales – an advantage.

·   Experience working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds – an advantage.

·   Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·   Fluent Hebrew and English – Must.

·   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – or equivalent
