Job Description

• Team Management:
• Lead a team of 3 logistics applications specialists.
• Reporting:
• Report to the Applications Manager within the IT Department.
• User Support:
• Provide support for business processes across various departments including logistics, planning, quality, and engineering.
• System Expertise:
• Manage ERP system support for logistics and planning modules, WMS, forecast management, production planning, and deliveries.
• Project Management:
• Oversee changes and new solution implementations as part of transitioning to a new corporate ERP system.
• Design and Documentation:
• Develop and approve system designs with meticulous documentation, ensuring stable solutions.
• System Integration:
• Characterize and integrate other systems like MES, Microsoft 365, and BI.
• Collaboration:
• Interface with various IT teams including software development, other application teams, infrastructures, and the helpdesk.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage and monitor IT service providers.
• Service Excellence:
• Utilize ticket management systems to ensure high service levels and compliance with SLAs.

Job Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing systems and software solutions in logistics within a manufacturing setting (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team in the IT department (mandatory).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in complex SQL queries (mandatory).
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management (mandatory).
• Preferred Experience:
• Previous involvement in ERP implementation projects within medium to large manufacturing organizations (advantage).
