Head of Product

Our innovative work combines cyber, finance and data science with unique UX to help companies put a price tag on their cyber risk exposure. Our platform is used by leading enterprises and insurance groups around the world, managing total exposed assets of billions of dollars, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to manage their risk. Your role will be in the intersection of Application Engineering, Financial Models, and Cyber Data, driving our cyber risk quantification platform forward and enabling us to deliver innovative and effective financial cyber exposure quantification solutions to a broad set of industries.

What will you do?

At Kovrr, the Head of Product is not just a title—it's a commitment. You'll be at the heart of our mission, leading the product function and playing a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our cyber risk quantification platform. Your vision will guide the product’s future, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of the cyber risk industry. Your voice will be central, and your impact undeniable.

• Guiding the Product: Define our product strategy, ensuring it meets both our business needs and enhances our platform.
• Leading with Insight: Navigate the complexities of cybersecurity concepts, risk modeling, and the evolving cyber threat landscape.
• Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional product team, promote a collaborative environment, and foster individual growth.
• Being the Customer’s Advocate: With an empathetic approach, transform user feedback and needs into actionable product features.
• Strategizing for Impact: Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritize projects, and align every decision with our larger objectives.
• Making Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform decisions, track key performance metrics, and ensure product success.

• Great Communication Skills: Clear communication is key. We expect you to bridge discussions between our global clients and internal teams with proficiency in English.
• Seasoned Experience: Bring over 5 years of experience in product management or related roles. If you’ve steered product strategies in cybersecurity, especially in companies experiencing growth, it’s a definite advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of the cybersecurity solutions landscape, familiarity with cybersecurity tools, and frameworks is advantageous.
• Educational Foundation: Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, business, statistics, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or MS, is advantageous.
• Risk Management Expertise (Advantage): Understanding of cyber risk modeling, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessments.

The role is based at Kovrr’s headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
