Financial Billing Team Leader

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Manage activities of the billing team, analyzing team performance and OKR’s
• Act fast on billing disputes and escalations
• In charge of the monthly/bi-monthly/weekly billing cycle; ensuring that the month-end closing is executed timely and accurately
• Ensuring that invoices and reports are issued on time and sent to customers
• Cooperate with different departments regarding ongoing projects
• Actively seeking ways to improve the team’s performance
• Prepare a quarterly aging report

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting and as a team leader
• Able to work under pressure, to meet deadlines,
• Great time management, attention to detail
• High level of Excel
• Experience with SalesForce, and ERP, NetSuite is an advantage
• Proficient in English
