Operations Excellence Manager - Safed

Role Overview:

• Lead performance evaluation processes to furnish real-time, reliable insights, integrating financial considerations for informed decision-making.
• Employ a "loss tree" approach to analyze expenditures and mitigate waste across materials, human resources, and processes.
• Forge connections between financial performance and efficiency metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like planning, finance, logistics, and site management.
• Liaise with external interfaces, including domestic and international data resources.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Industrial Engineering degree.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew is essential.
• Experience in organizational management, operational excellence, or process improvement is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Understanding of pricing processes and BI POWER systems is advantageous.
• Proactive, independent, with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Full commitment to working on-site five days a week, Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility for extended hours when necessary.
