Shift Technician

We're seeking a Shift Technician for an international energy company in Kiryat Gat!

Responsibilities:

Control, operation, and maintenance of various manufacturing plants in the energy sector to meet customer requirements, ensuring the integrity of production to meet agreed budget targets.

This role requires working in shifts to cover site operations 24/7.

Collaboration with the ROC (Remote Operation Center) for monitoring and operating the plant, and performance improvement.

Act as an emergency technician for emergency situations on-site and off-site, assisting the event manager in implementing emergency plans on-site as required.

Continuous work within a control room, monitoring metrics such as temperature and air pressure. Deep understanding of safety regulations in a plant environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Engineering.

Very high proficiency in English.

Excellent analytical skills.

Willingness to work in shifts 24/7.

Good basic understanding of regulations in equipment, health, safety, and operational environment.

Experience in manufacturing team working in process plant - an advantage.
