We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the member experience for our healthcare solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare tech industry, a passion for user-centric design, and the ability to translate complex problems into innovative solutions.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the member experience for Dario Health's products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and performance data to inform product decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements, creating detailed product roadmaps and specifications.
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external partners.
• Manage the content strategy and create compelling content (presentations, videos, white papers, demos, case-studies, website copy, etc.) that highlight our products value.
• Develop with the CRM team communication strategy and channels.
• you will partner with product management, sales, marketing and customer success teams to execute on a variety of product marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management of mobile application, from SaaS company preferably in the healthcare tech industry.
• English - high professional level with very strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales tools
• Experience working with and training sales teams to communicate product value to buyers
• Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Team player who can build strong relationships with peers and thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment; and assist in other marketing, sales support, and company activities as needed.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
