Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager for Toyota at Union Motors, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and implementing strategic initiatives across our authorized dealership network. Your role will involve leading and inspiring agency teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while upholding the standards of excellence expected from the Toyota brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate agency teams to achieve business objectives and sales targets within the Toyota network.
• Work closely with Toyota to implement and execute manufacturer strategies effectively at the dealership level.
• Foster a culture of sales excellence and customer service among authorized dealership staff.
• Elevate the professional capabilities of agency personnel through training and support.
• Provide guidance and support in resolving complex sales-related challenges within the dealership network.
• Mentor and coach showroom managers in goal-setting, team management, and sales leadership.

Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• An academic degree (preferred).
• Experience working with senior management levels in an automotive or related industry.
• Previous experience in implementing business processes and strategies.
• Strong background in sales management and matrix organizational structures.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
