Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Technical Lead at one of Consult2All partners. The Software Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing software development projects, including programming, software design, testing, and database management. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years as a Technical Leader in a SaaS company
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with Python, Relational DBs (Postgres, MSSQL), Producer-Consumer Queues architecture.
• Experience and familiarity with Cloud Architecture and services
• Advantages: Django, RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
• Experience in scale-up challenges and maintaining legacy code
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
