Senior FP&A Analyst

Riverside is revolutionizing how companies create audio and video content by enabling studio-quality recordings and lighting fast editing directly from browsers or our app. We are growing fast and brands like Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia use us daily.

We are looking to hire our first FP&A position at Riverside. fm, a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy and drive decision-making processes from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will be key in establishing and enhancing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis functions within the company.

This role offers an exciting blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, allowing you to collaborate cross-functionally and make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Build financial budgeting and on-going forecasting processes, while engaging various stakeholders in the company
• Define, calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive actionable insights
• Implement a monthly & quarterly budget vs actuals process (analysis, reports, presentations and discussions)
• Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for management, including financial performance summaries, variance analyses, and actionable insights to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with the Accounting Team to facilitate a seamless month-end close process
• Build & develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis projects, providing management-added value and supporting business decisions
  
  

• At least 3+ years of experience as FP&A Analyst from high-growth SaaS companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent
• Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and drive results independently
• Analytical mind with strong proficiency in modeling
• Strong hands-on approach, challenge seeker, and self-learning ability
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving to a successful conclusion
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
