Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all phases of development, including feature planning, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Take ownership of system components, ensuring infrastructure and key features are production-ready.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines to deliver frequent and high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and inspire others to do the same.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, delivering results efficiently.
• Help cultivate a culture of professionalism and collaboration within the development team.
• Continuously seek to improve system reliability and explore new technologies to enhance our workflow.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of web development experience, with a focus on backend technologies, preferably Python.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern UI framework, preferably React.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of both collaboration and independent work.
• Experience with software engineering best practices and methodologies, including testing, code reviews, and clean coding principles.
• Familiarity with GCP, Django, React Native, or similar technologies is advantageous.
