Order Processing Specialist

Your tasks

• Contact person for our customers and sales engineers
• Processing complex customer quotations, orders and correspondence
• Placing orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Raising sales invoices, sending order acknowledgements & assisting with customer queries
• Order tracking, ability to research and interpret order documents in SAP
• Processing of import and export tasks
• Investigating and resolving customer requirements and problems
• Supporting the sales team and customers via telephone and email
• Adhere to all business processes and governance
  
  

• BBA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or Operations
• Experience in SAP tools for ERP and CRM
• Import and export knowledge for Israel
• Advanced excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record in customer sales support role, to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent organizational and accurate analytical skills
• Dynamic multi tasker with desire to learn
• Ability to take initiative
• Excellent written/oral communication skills in Hebrew and English
