UI Lead

As a UI Lead , you will be responsible for leading our UI design in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. You will play a crucial role in creating exceptional design for our products and will have a significant impact on our customers.

• Drive the UI design process from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
• Develop and maintain UI design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into effective interface designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design components.
• Conduct design reviews and usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes.
• Be a part of the product management team, and oversee features from conception to completion, collaborating with colleagues focused on data, development, and QA.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality product
• Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of new developments and identify opportunities for improvement
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant tools.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in an office environment
