We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Avalor’s user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Product, R&D, and Marketing to develop a smooth user experience with a high-end look and feel
• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Communicate solutions at various stages of definition using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, high-fidelity prototypes, and final design specifications
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  
  

Requirements

• Online portfolio
• 3+ years of experience designing a complex B2B system/platform
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows for and experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding of technical concepts
• Experience in Figma
• Experience working in cybersecurity, big data-oriented products- an advantage
• Illustration skills- an advantage
• Experience in motion design- an advantage
