Business Analyst - APAC

We are looking for an Insurance Business Analyst who is passionate about building products that customers love!

What’s the job:

The Business analyst goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex Insurance business problems. The analyst plays a key role in determining the optimal use of the Novidea product per client. He will liaison between the business side to the implementation and the development team in house: needs to collaborate with end users and the project staff to evaluate the system, turn business goals into technical requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Working with global enterprise customers in the Insurance ecosystem
• Leading design workshops, presenting customers Novidea product
• Gap analysis between customers requirements and the platform’s functionality
• Define high level and detail design solutions and converting into documentation
• Creating epics in Jira
• Working with internal departments in the organization: Product, R&D, Program Management
• Responsibility for quality and validation
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience as business analyst, preferably from the Insurance industry
• Experience working with Global Enterprise customers - Must
• Experience with writing high level and detailed design documentation
• Working in an Agile environment
• Fluent in English
