As a VP R&D in Fireberry you will..

• Mentor, coach and retain key talents through effective mentorship, coaching and succession planning
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and research methodologies relevant to the organization's field of operation.
• End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables
• Define R&D team strategy and methodologies, optimizing the work process and efficiency, with direct responsibility for R&D objectives and KPIs.
• Connect the dots between technology and business and be responsible for executing both long and short-term delivery, emphasizing rapid iteration, quick time-to-market, and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes, processes, and user feedback continuously.

To be a VP R&D in Fireberry you need…

• 5+ years of experience as VP/Director of R&D in a growing startup company or as a R&D manager in a global public\private company
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale B2B products
• Deep understanding of R&D built for enterprise SaaS offering
• Full stack development experience - advantage to node.js, React
• A “can do” mentality and mindset, and a “hands on” approach
