Job description:

Exodigo is looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day global accounting requirements and monthly closing process.

About The Role

• Account payable processing (invoices, payments and reconciliations)
• Processing journal entries and managing documentation for credit cards, Mesh
• Travel reports and employee reimbursements
• Account Receivables processing (invoices, collections and reconciliations)
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of data
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
• Bank reconciliation
• Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
  
  

• Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 1-2
• 3+ years of proven bookkeeping experience from High tech company - strong advantage
• English at an advanced level
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system
• High excel functions - must
• Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Service-oriented
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• This is a full-time position
