Bookkeeper

Job Description

• Management of the payments process end to end.
• Handling suppliers' invoices, bank adjustments, VAT, income tax, and withholding tax, including payments and reporting.
• Issuance of invoices for the global customer.
• Bookkeeping on a monthly basis- closing, including Banks, vendors, customers, etc.
• Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit.
• Responsibility for monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, Income tax, withholding tax).
• Annual austerity submissions such as 856, VAT, 126, and others.
• Special and challenging tasks from time to time.
  
  

• 4+ years’ experience in bookkeeping from a public Hi-Tech Company.
• Type 3 Accounting Certificate.
• Experience with Priority and Excel.
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Great communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
