Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Exciting opportunity as an early engineering hire at an early-stage digital health company. Reporting to the VP of R&D, you will be responsible for owning the improvement and scaling of our user application as well as supporting some backend work and algorithm development.

About In-House Health

In the face of unprecedented worldwide staffing shortages and provider burnout, we make a platform for nurse teams to manage themselves more effectively and flexibly, powered by a predictive AI algorithm that matches nurses to shifts.

In-House was founded in 2023 by Ari, the previous founder of a digital health company with a >$1B valuation, Sergey, a former bedside nurse turned healthcare data expert, and Shachar, who managed 30+ algorithm developers in 8200 and was a top engineer and Team Lead at Google.

About you

• You are highly motivated and excited to work at an early-stage company
• You thrive in a self-directed environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward and proactively seeking guidance when needed
• You are an excellent software developer, with 5+ years of experience in top tech companies and/or high-performing startups
• Experience in both frontend (web) and backend development is required, with a advantage given to those familiar with our technology stack (Python, TypeScript, React).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our VP of R&D to design and build our architecture
• Own the frontend and backend development of our user app, collaborating with Product to effectively define requirements and execute updates with independence
