Marketing Communications Manager

Job Description:

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, engaging with external stakeholders, and driving positive media coverage. In addition to content creation and social media management, you will be responsible for handling press inquiries, identifying compelling stories, and pitching them to relevant media outlets. We seek a dynamic individual who is a proficient storyteller and is looking to hone and build their experience in the realms of marketing and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound press inquiries, cultivate relationships with media contacts, and coordinate media coverage opportunities.
• Proactively identify and pitch interesting stories, news angles, and thought leadership opportunities to relevant media outlets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, sales, and leadership, to gather insights and develop impactful communication strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform content strategy and maintain brand relevance.
• Own award submissions and speaking opportunities for company executives.
• Oversee all social media platforms, encompassing content creation, engagement, analytics, and insights.
• Craft engaging written content across various formats, catering to different stages of the marketing and sales funnel.
