Influencer Marketing Manager

Communix is the next generation of multiplayer gaming uniting people around the gaming world in the most realistic way, face to face and we’re looking for a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit influencers who align with our brand values and target audience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, streamers, and content creators.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and track expenses, negotiate influencer fees, and explore cost-effective opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Provide influencers with creative briefs and marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years experience in influencer marketing
• Deep understanding of performance marketing ops and tech stack
• Experience working directly with influencers
• Direct experience in gaming or extensive knowledge and passion for gaming, gaming social communities, and trends
• Manage and execute strategy, clear goals, and campaign ops
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English, is a must
• Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing
