Summary of Job:
The Talent Acquisition and Marketing Coordinator will support our employer branding and recruiting needs. You will work with Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate recruiting processes and work closely with questions from hiring managers, applicants, and candidates to facilitate navigation of talent acquisition processes, procedures, and programs and engages candidates through multiple channels to enhance candidate experience.
A key responsibility will include facilitating our Employer Branding initiatives, working closely with our R&D teams, and building connections with the Israeli tech community.
This is a Maternity leave replacement for 3 months.
Key focuses:
Talent acquisition:
- Scheduling candidate interviews by coordinating with Talent Acquisition Partners, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, and triage
- Supporting local (IL) employer branding initiatives
- Create marketing materials and write content for our blog, and social media. Support our tech blog committee
- Produce, and facilitate meetups on a weekly basis..
- Organize and participate in events, creating opportunities for our team to be part of meetups, conferences ,and webinars external to the organization
- Help our ZipRecruiter leaders in building their own personal brand, based on our work in their company.
- BA in Human Resources,Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in producing meetups, webinars and events.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker, a complex problem solver and a team player who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Drives processes independently, adept at teamwork, and excels in leading and motivating individuals without formal authority
- A natural storyteller, energetic, with outstanding communications skills.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- 6+ months of professional experience in recruitment
- Prior work experience in the tech industry
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides
