Assistant Controller

A leading Global Company, Headquartered in Netanya is seeking a highly-skilled, dynamic, pleasant, reliable and motivated Assistant Controller to join our spectacular Finance Team.

We design non-ITAR power conversion and networking solutions exclusively for military and aerospace applications.

Headquartered in Netanya, Israel, we offer design, prototyping, testing, assembly, characterization, calibration and QA capabilities. Responsibilities

·      Preparation of financial statements (on a quarterly and annual basis) and Israeli tax reports

·      Preparation of valuations (DCF, EBITDA multiple, OPM and ext.)

·      Working closely with auditors and tax advisors, managing audits and compliance

·      Financial Analysis for the investment team

·      Monitoring financials of portfolio companies and performance of portfolio company valuations on a quarterly basis

·      Oversee daily operations of financial activities and bookkeepers

·      Compliance with local and foreign government reporting requirements (CRS, FATCA, CIMA, etc.)

·      Assistance with other financial reporting / requirements

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant field (economics, business administration)

·      Strong excel skills – required

·      Good verbal and written communication skills in English

·      Team Player
