Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of passionate, talented AI Engineers and Data Scientists in exciting applicative science projects.
• Leverage Knowledge Graphs, Vector spaces and unique Large Language Model design patterns for cutting edge applicative AI.
• Build for large-scale cloud SaaS solution in collaboration with Product Managers and Architects, ensuring the team has clear direction and priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years developing SaaS backend & web applications
• 3+ years leading a development team
• 3+ years leading an AI team, preferably in NLP
• Experienced in planning and execution of complex projects and architectures in an agile environment
• Advantages:
• Experience with LLM, Model Training & Deployment, GraphDB, Vector Embedding
