QA Tech Lead

At the Security and Compliance group at Tufin, you will lead the quality and automations of a group with 2 development teams working on a complex core product – Microservices, Spring Boot, Java, Reactive Programing, Kotlin, MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Kafka and more.. with a full automated E2E infra - gauge framework, Kafka, selenium

Responsibilities:

• Group quality - enforcement of quality Standards (testing setups, test plans, bug format).
• Work closely with various QA, Dev and Product groups, enhance the awareness of quality among different teams within the engineering organization.
• Training and mentoring of QA team members.
• Hiring.
• Lead the automation activities: plan, Design and execute, monitor the automation results and coverage, develop automation infra.
• Technical expert-tech focal point for product area of the group.
• Prioritizing the day-to-day work when needed (bug priority and severity).

Requirements:

• At least 5-years' experience in Software testing.
• Minimum 2 Years experience in developing automation infrastructure using REST API, Selenium, databases.
• Experience in Linux.
• Experience with micro-services architecture solution.
• At least 2-years experience in Java.
• Experience with networking and security companies or solutions.
• Strong mentoring skills.
• Team player.
• Have a positive attitude with a passion for QA.

Advantages:

• Experience in Kotlin and Kubernetes
• Degree (MSc or BSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Network/Security engineer with diplomas from Microsoft/Cisco/Check Point such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, CCSA
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD methodologies and tools.
