Legal counsel - Temporary position

We are looking for a legal counsel to join our legal team at Elbit Systems Corporate Headquarters in Haifa- temporary position

Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas. Elbit’s stocks are publicly traded both in the NASDAQ and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

The legal counsel joining our team will be responsible for the following:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial l agreements, including procurement, licensing, commercial, NDA, consulting, real estate, IT, etc

Providing legal advice and legal support to various corporate departments, including procurement, operations, IT, real estate and infrastructures, HR, finance etc

Negotiations with business partners in Israel and worldwide

Providing legal assistance to the company’s subsidiaries in Israel and worldwide

Providing support in different ESG aspects, including corporate governance and compliance, as well as in privacy related issues

Assistance with company’s secretarial duties and activities in the capital market in Israel and the U.S

Law degree from a leading academic institution

At least 4 years of commercial experience as an in-house legal counsel in a global company or commercial department of a leading law firm

Business-commercial orientation

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure, multitasker, independent and thorough

High proficiency in English – a significant part of the work is in English
