Infrastructure Manager

STARTICA is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager, who will lead the entire infrastructure department, including helpdesk, information security, network communication.

The role includes:

• Full responsibility for the infrastructure systems.
• Leading a team of 6 people.
• Continuous control of all systems operation.
• Leading and active involvement in information systems projects.
• Participation in examination of solutions, alternatives, budgets.
• Annual / project budget management.
• Communication with suppliers.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a leading Infrastructure Manager.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience in upgrading / replacing / testing various infrastructure systems.
• Annual and project budgeting skills.
• Proven knowledge of systems (Hands-on): VMware, Veeam, AD, 365, Storage and backup systems.
• Broad organizational and business vision.
• Relevant education and professional certificates are an advantage.
